My biggest bad habit would be putting things off
- Put things off = procrastinate, 미루다
withdrawal symptoms 금단현상
be under a lot of stress 스트레스를 많이 받다
outweigh 능가하다
procrastinate 일을 뒤로 미루다
kick it = 차다 get out of if
proactive = 능동적인
Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today 오늘일을 내일로 미루지 마라
One of the worst habits I would like to get rid of is smoking.
I first started to smoke when I was in college. I wish I had never picked up the habit in the first place.
I tried to quit on several occasions, but failed every time.
I think it is hard to quit because of the psychological effects of smoking.
There’s nothing like a cigarette break when I’m under a lot of stress.
But nothing can outweigh the harm smoking does to my health.
Now, I’m seriously thinking of getting some professional help to quit.
Another thing I want to change about myself is my tendency to procrastinate.
I tend to put things off as long as I can.
I’ve been in many bad situations because I waited until the last minute to do something.
I really wish I could kick my procrastination habit and become more proactive.
